Using the Neurovento platform — whether you view public pages, open an account or take part in the affiliate access programme — means that you agree to these Terms of Service. If any provision is unacceptable to you, do not use the platform. Continuing to access the service after these Terms change indicates acceptance of the revised version.

Neurovento is not a broker, does not hold digital assets and does not place trades for users. Certain functions require an account containing complete, current and truthful details. You must protect your login information and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. If a geographic limitation applies, it will be shown during registration.
You must not use the platform to (a) conduct illegal, deceptive or harmful activity, (b) bypass or test security measures without permission, (c) extract, sell or falsely present Neurovento materials, (d) claim to represent Neurovento or its personnel, or (e) distribute material — including affiliate-program material — containing invented performance statements, missing risk warnings or advertising practices that breach the laws applying in your jurisdiction.
The site's written material, visual presentation, marks, software, dashboards and analysis are protected intellectual property owned by Neurovento or its licensors. Account holders receive a restricted, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform for personal research or, where permitted, professional research. Affiliate participants may also reuse specifically approved content assets in accordance with the programme agreement.
The platform is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Neurovento excludes all warranties and accepts no responsibility for losses caused by crypto-market movements, decisions made using informational material or technical problems beyond our reasonable control. These Terms do not exclude or restrict liability where the law does not allow that exclusion or restriction.
These Terms may be revised periodically. The latest wording and the date of its most recent revision will remain available on this page.
